A Cooperation Agreement for the Homs Governorate
This mission led to the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Taher al Omar, director of the Water and Sanitation Authority, and Augustin de Castet, CEO of NovaKamp. This cooperation agreement focuses on the development of modular water treatment and energy solutions in the Homs Governorate, paving the way for future concrete collaborations to support the reconstruction and modernization of local infrastructure.
An active role in rebuilding critical infrastructure
In this context, Augustin de Castet spoke with AFP about the role that French companies and Syrian partners can play in identifying opportunities for cooperation, supporting infrastructure projects, and contributing to the reconstruction of essential infrastructure and services, particularly in the water and energy sectors.
