Alongside Siparex Midcap, a group of committed investors is supporting this new momentum: Grand Sud Ouest Capital (Crédit Agricole), SOCADIF Capital Investissement, BNP Paribas Développement, and Bpifrance. The group would also like to acknowledge Sparring Capital, a partner since 2020, whose support has been instrumental in the group’s restructuring, its organic and external growth, and the success of this second divestiture.
