Joining the United Nations Global Compact

NovaKamp has adhered to the 10 principles of the Global Compact regarding human rights, fundamental rights at work, environment and development, and the fight against corruption:

  • Promote and respect the protection of international human rights law.
  • Ensure not to be complicit in human rights violations.
  • Respect freedom of association and recognize the right to collective bargaining.
  • Contribute to the elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor.
  • Contribute to the effective abolition of child labor.
  • Contribute to the elimination of all discrimination in employment.
  • Apply the precautionary approach to environmental issues.
  • Take initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility.
  • Encourage the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly technologies.

Certifications

ECOVADIS

Between 2022 and 2023, our subsidiaries carried out their EcoVadis assessment (a service aimed at assessing the company's main CSR impacts – Environment, Social & Human Rights, Ethics and Responsible Purchasing).

Kapi and Novae received a score of 70/100, representing the EcoVadis gold medal and the top 5% of the companies evaluated. eV-Teknology received a score of 66/100, representing the silver medal and the top 25% of the companies evaluated.

Carbon Disclosure Project

eV-Teknology received a B rating in the CDP assessment. CDP evaluates companies on their environmental commitment across three themes: climate, water, and forests. The B rating recognizes our factory's ability to manage its environmental impact on the climate by integrating concrete actions to reduce its ecological footprint.
