Any employee or Group stakeholder who believes they have been the victim of a crime is invited to raise a complaint through the complaints or whistleblowing procedure.
An investigation will then be initiated immediately.
Examples of crimes:
moral or sexual harassment, workplace violence, actions contrary to the Group's commitments regarding intellectual property, information security, anti-corruption, respect for human rights, and anti-discrimination.
Dedicated communication line:
Any employee may report detailed information internally via the company's mailbox, by direct email to Management and/or Human Resources managers, or via this whistleblowing procedure. Any stakeholder at a Group subsidiary may report detailed information through this whistleblowing procedure.
Anonymity guaranteed:
Allegations will be handled anonymously.
No Retaliation:
As long as the employee presents evidence that suggests they reported, in good faith, facts that could be considered criminal offenses, no threat of retaliation may be made against them. Similarly, as long as a stakeholder presents evidence that suggests their actions were based on good faith, no threat of retaliation may be made.
